There is a wide spectrum of activities for the student to choose from such as, trekking, rock climbing, rappelling, water sports (rowing, rafting), parasailing under the guidance of experts and instructors. Adventure sports provide the students an opportunity to learn about the flora and fauna of the area, interact with people and be one with nature.
For a healthy mind and body, one needs to exercise and stay fit on a regular basis. Physical education develops a sense of fair play and team spirit in the students. The school provides a variety of games and sports, such as swimming, hockey, basket-ball, tennis, badminton, volley ball, athletics, shooting , martial arts and roller skating. A physical fitness programme of morning PT, yoga, meditation and aerobics is provided for the day scholars during their time in School.
